Without a word, Mistresses of Desire, C – 24 — possibly the last entry in the Connoisseur Series — shapes up as an album of fetish fantasies, with mostly mature beauties in an alluring array of fancy undies, footwear and dresses. Except for the title on the cover, content could fill the pages Exotique Photo Album No. 7, if Mr. Burtman had decided to publish one.

Indeed, many pictures seem to be plucked from pictorials that appeared in booklets that advertised Burmel origins. Like the 1950s Exotique booklets, photographs disclose no nudity.
