Photographers offer the product of their photo shoots to multiple publishers. Photos that appear in Search,Volume 3, Number 2, came from the same photo sets that were created for issues of Bitchcraft. But the pictures in Search show lots of sex.


We've received at least five requests for Bitchcraft magazine. The last one we saw online sold for more than $200.

The Witchcraft Erotica issue of Search magazine contains one or more photographs on every page and a lengthy essay that works to connect witchcraft with sex. Pictures from multiple photo shoots show pretty models engaged in sexual rituals with men. Rene Bond and Candy Samples appear in a few photos.

Costumes include garter belts, corsets, hosiery, gloves, boots and high heels. Capes, masks, skulls and an altar with chalice add ceremonial ingredients to settings.

Oral rituals appear as much as worship as natural heterosexuality. A few whips are shown.

The writer provides this description of initiation rites —

The Old World coven traditionally consisted of thirteen members, although this number was subject to variance. After a summary interview conducted collectively by the coven, members in good standing were asked to decide on the novice's application. Many times the applicant was turned down, occasionally a gifted or unusually loyal witch would be admitted and confirmed as a full-fledged addition to the occult family.

The introductory ritual also allowed the aspirant an opportunity to get acquainted with Wicca rituals and the supernatural. Additionally, the prospective witch or warlock was required to establish rapport with Lucifer and Mishanae, the Witches' God and Goddess. This was usually accomplished by erotic means. Newcomers who seek to join a modern coven must comply with these same basic requirements and adhere to the age-old traditions cited above.

The aspirant must also take a pledge of loyalty and Oath of Secrecy before the initiation is finalized; the new witch must promise to obey the every whim and command of the Dark Ones, Lucifer and his mistress, as well as the orders of the coven High Priest and Priestess, the mortal representatives of the Mighty Ones. Once these requirements are satisfied, the beginning witch is considered to be a bona fide member of the coven, entitled to all the rights and privileges accorded to experienced brothers and sisters in the Wicca family tree.

The tremendous importance of eroticism in initiation is not to be dismissed lightly. In fact, it can not be dismissed at all for it is an integral part of every worthwhile rite. Sexuality, particularly in the form of ritual intercourse between the new member and a coven leader of the opposite gender, has a very special place in the annals of history. Most modern versions of the Old Rite also emphasize physical indulgence.

The 48-page volume contains no fiction, illustrations or advertising. The ebook presents all content of the magazine in the original sequence.

About half the photographs are in color. Brightness, contrast, levels and balance were adjusted and shadows reduced. Most pictures transposed to ebook format with smooth gradients and sharp edges.
