A Nostalgic Look at Bettie Page
This rare item collects mostly Burtman-originated photography of the legendary Bettie Page. These pin-up photos show the shapely, cheerful poser in various stages of undress. Her attire includes negligees, corsets, stockings, gloves, garter belts and high-heeled pumps, sandals, mules and boots.

The original volume has good photography and reproduction. Images are divided into five sections:

Bettie in Bed
Bettie at Home
Bettie in High Heels
Bettie the Dominatrix
Bettie at the [Burtman] Bar

The ebook contains every word and picture of the original. Two two-page photos have been spliced and positioned on single pages. Three pages are ads. Most page layouts have been revised, removing superfluous borders, to obtain larger pictures of Betty.

Betty Page in Bondage, Volume 1
This monochrome book from 1960 is from a Nutrix series of six. As these books were originally sold only by mail, Mr. Klaw retouched many of the photos to obscure Ms. Page's skin in an effort to avoid conflicts with post office inspectors. The pictures show the models on floors, tables, beds, sofas, ottomans, a barber chair and suspended. Most pictures show the models in stockings and high-heeled pumps.

Most ebook pages display two digest-sized pages, with a vertical photo on one side and text on the other. In the original, even the horizontally-oriented photos were placed vertically on pages. This arrangement required the reader to rotate the book to view some of the pictures. In the ebook, every photo matches the orientation of the text. Every horizontally- oriented photo is also repeated and enlarged on a separate two page spread. The width of the rotated horizontal illustrations requires the ebook to have wide pages. Every photo has been enlarged to fill its page, cropping out some of the walls, floors and furniture.
