Background
I have been a graphics professional for more than 10 years with extensive experience in apparel and textile graphics. I also design packaging and all kinds of printed materials including brochures, logos, stationery, diagrams and books.

I have been writing professionally since 1972. I've done many kinds of writing, producing instruction books, promotional material, and other prose.

I call my company 30th Street Graphics because I taught myself computer graphics while I was living on 30th Street in southern California.

To give customers excellent service, I check my email often. People who write to me by email are surprised at how quickly they receive a reply.

I am dedicated to producing high quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations. I work to keep prices low to ensure that every purchase is a good value.

Delivery
If you're in the mood to receive an ebook right away, send me an email asking how much time it will take to receive an ebook. Usually, the answer will be a few minutes as I am usually near a computer, working on new ebooks.

With the website, I have the option of automating ebook link delivery. I believe that the personal touch (i.e., writing emails to each customer) still has value as an element of online retail commerce.
