The ebook contains every word and picture of the 64-page original, including ads. It is of interest to Selbee/Burtman fans because its contents comprise no part of any anthology.
Half of the magazine consists of pictorials of individual models posing in stockings, garter belts and high-heeled footwear, including, boots, mules, sandals, and pumps.
• One short story, introduced by a full-page Eric Stanton illustration
• Those Lovely Limbs!, an illustrated essay by Carlson Wade
• An international look at legs
• A leg quiz
• Legs from Letters, with photos
• Pictorials of models Jackie Patou, Jenifer Jordan [not Jennifer Jordan/Jutka Goz], Brandy Michaels, and Jean Cheryl.
• A one-page, four-panel episode of Eric Stanton's fine comic serial, The Case of the Lost Legs.
Some page layouts were revised to obtain larger pictures of the models. The page sequence has been revised slightly for continuity. Good photography and clever lighting yield a palette of subtle grays. Retouching of specks, blemishes and streaks and adjustment of tonality provide an easy-on-the-eyes viewing experience, superior to that of the original paper.
Leg Show 3, optimized for ebook viewing
Each of the photos and illustrations is placed on a wide ebook page proportioned to fill the horizontal space framed by Acrobat Reader on monitor screens. The nearly complete image is sized to fill the screen from top to bottom. Some of the walls, floors and furniture have been cropped out of pictures to obtain maximum presentation of models. A few of the smallest photos are a bit grainy, show halftone dots or have a rough texture. Most of the photos transposed well to the optimized format. The classic Eric Stanton material is fully explored in this presentation. The result is a 140+ page pinup album, designed to reduce the need for zooming and scrolling
Subjugating a Male Bondage Model
The anonymous narrator of the first-person account says he enjoys reading Nutrix books, and there is a lot of blatant cross promotion. One night, a sexy neighbor knocks on his door and takes him captive. He loses a wrestling match and she dresses him in a dress, stockings, high heels and a wig. Then, he is sold at auction and becomes a model, dressed again as a man. The artist, Madame Tigara, poses him in series of stringent predicaments, which he admits to liking. When he breaks the rules, he finds himself in the dog house.
The narrative is filled with detail of the mechanisms involved as well as the man's reaction to his strange and sudden circumstances. The text may have been written by Mr. Klaw.
The 20 pictures that illustrate the tale show the maturity of Jim's skill as an illustrator and story-teller. His shapely divas wear form-fitting dresses and jumpsuits and pumps and boots with tall, thin heels. Unlike most of the material that fills Bizarre Comix volumes, these illustrations did not originate as photo prints but were first published in a Nutrix booklet in 1960. In other Jim comics we've shown, the settings were mostly palatial and the characters royal. This work has a contemporary urban setting with pictures that illustrate a story.
