The Good News
A huge magazine of 100 pages, Unique World, Volume 3, Number 2, is crammed with images of pretty women who dominate. Protagonists spank, whip and humiliate. Most punish for fun, one for revenge, some for justice, one for love. It will be especially enjoyable for those with an interest in knee-high boots, but many pictures show models in thigh-high boots.

• Eight picture narratives show one or two women abusing a man. Two of these involve cross-dressing.
• One photo set shows a woman abusing another woman.
• Two short stories involve dominant women and the punishment they deliver.
• One article considers male submission and punishment.

We’ve never presented a magazine in ebook form that included as many pictures of men licking boots as this issue of Unique World. And one photo set shows a model with exceptionally shapely legs in high-heeled pumps.

Candy Samples appears in a lovely satin corset, stockings and two-tone, lace-up boots wielding a cat. Baring her legendary amplitude, she forces a young man on the carpet to shine her boots with his tongue.

The Not-So-Good-News
Too many pictures were placed on the pages. (Click on the cover, above.) Some pages carry as many as nine photographs, with one large and the others small. (It would be better if it were a 140-page magazine with two or three pictures on each page.) This layout practice makes it difficult to optimize the smaller pictures.

On its big pages, the digital replica shows everything well, better than the original. Those who like to see women occupied with punishment tasks will be glad they have this ebook. In the optimized version, some of the smaller photographs appear with soft edges. Also, some may be dark or grainy.

Despite shortcomings, the optimized ebook offers the best way to see the originally small images. More than 240 pictures are collected in a convenient fetish album, designed to reduce the need for zooming and scrolling and anticipate the curiosity of the viewer.

Fans of boot fetishism and femdom imagery and fiction will enjoy the two ebooks that are based on this carefully focused magazine from 1973. The original publication was an excellent product for its time and provides first class content for the digital iterations.
