Derived from two magazines and a compilation of two others, Rubber Tyrants mostly pictures women bullying men, treating them as servants, but also abusing them sexually, demanding lip service on their rubber attire and flesh. In a few sequences, women dominate other women. The pictorials show shapely sadists in shiny fetish garb, wielding assorted whips, implements of bondage and other punishment devices.

Using 80 to 90 percent of Domina: Diary of a Dominatrix, Rubber Domination, Volume 2, Number 2, and the two magazines that comprise Spiked Mistress, Special #1, the pictorial narratives occupy most of the optimized ebook. The last of the ebook consists of 40 pictures of models just showing off as fetish pinups in rubber attire.

For some photos, an enlargement of legs, boots, high heels, corset or other tasty detail is shown next to the complete picture of the model(s) or on the following page. Photographs have been adjusted and cropped; most specks have been re-touched. Many photos are in color. All captions and titles have been excised; all page layouts have been disassembled.
