Manacled Slaves Bondage Adventures
The cover promises 21 illustrations, and, while that may be true, about 16 are by Jim and the others look like the work of Eric Stanton. Mr. Klaw often drew on images from unrelated sources to fill out his 64-page booklets. It seems that after the pictures were selected, someone, possibly Mr. Klaw, set about writing a story that reflects their collective narrative content.

In Switzerland, the artist we know as Jim made his living producing technical drawings. The bondage illustrations he did for Mr. Klaw reflect Jim’s industrial orientation. In this volume, we see his willowy captives restrained by means of padlocks, pulleys, rings, tubes, valves, buckets, cuffs, pipes, and stakes, all of steel, and all connected to chains. He gives both his pretty captives and sexy tyrants wasp waists, sometimes enforced by a belt or short corset. Occasionally barefoot, his ladies wear an assortment of boots, sandals and pumps, all with impossibly high heels.

With a peculiar interest in chains, Judy and Angela search the heart of Africa for the legendary Chain of Sheba. They happen upon young women in bondage and, before they know it, the two explorers are captured, mistaken for thieves. They’re brought to the palace of Queen Venus. The High Priestess doesn’t believe their expressed intention to merely film the sacred Chain, and takes them to the Temple to torture the truth out of them. There, they experience frightening torments in complex bondage contraptions, all involving multiple chains.

A college buddy asks Bob to deliver a boat to its new owner. Bob meets the buyer's daughter, Amanda, and decides that she's everything a young woman should be. Then, he jumps at the chance to spend his summer vacation at sea, teaching her and her friend Gloria how to sail. He soon learns of the darker side of his sexy passengers, who tease him with their beautiful bodies and keep him uncomfortably bound. They restrain him with ropes and handcuffs and sometimes require him to wear a girdle.

Sprinkled with fetish details, episodes of Bob’s humiliations, and descriptions of the anatomy and attire of the lovely sadists who hurt and bind him, the prose tells the story of Bob’s summer trials in the first person. Apparently, the text was re-set for the reprint. Three nice pencil illustrations by Gene Bilbrew, signing as Eneg.
