The magazine shows no date, but Dr. Bienvenu's dissertation says that Mr. Burtman referred to Pepper in a letter to Paul Gebhard in December 1961.

This 56-page magazine has a nice pictorial of voluptuous Jackie Miller and a lot to read, with three essays and a short story. Other models — Jean Carmen, Shirley Skates, Kay Williams, Shirley Richfied — show their buxom beauty at home and outdoors. The art of Eric Stanton and Gene Bilbrew each brighten a couple of pages.

This issue comes up a bit short in the high heel department. The nice sling backs on the cover only appear again on the centerfold.
